Dillard University in New Orleans is once again feeling the force of Gulf Coast weather as Hurricane Isaac brings rain, winds and a loss of electricity. The school was one of the hardest hit seven years ago during Hurricane Katrina. President Walter Kimbrough said Dillard is protected by a new flood system. In the meantime, students have been sent to shelter in safety at Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana. Read more here.
