Hurricane Isaac is having an impact on college sports in the New Orleans area. LSU football players were able to practice mid-day today due to cancelled classes before they took shelter from the storm. Tulane’s football team headed to Birmingham, Alabama to practice while Nicholls State lost several days of practice due to suspended operations on campus.
